Our Story

Two traditions, one table.

At Los Brothers we cook the food we grew up with — diner classics from across America, married to the bold, soulful flavors of Latin America. We source naturally raised meats and poultry, and use organic and local produce whenever we can. From a stack of pancakes at sunrise to a sizzling plate of carne asada at sunset, every dish is made by hand, from scratch, and meant to be shared.

Best Halal Smash Burger and Birria Pupusas in Loudoun County. The birria filling is rich and deeply seasoned, the pupusa exterior is slightly crisp outside, soft and pillowy inside. Best pupusas I've had in the area, no contest.
